Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager DSA (Loan Vertical) based in Chennai. The role involves managing end-to-end loan sales operations, including field sales, lead conversion, documentation, login, approval coordination, and disbursement across multiple lending partners.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in DSA operations, strong exposure to loan processing, and a proven track record of successful disbursements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end loan lifecycle: lead generation login approval disbursement
Conduct field sales activities and meet customers when required
Perform cold calling and follow-ups on live leads
Manage and convert database-driven leads efficiently
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for faster approvals and issue resolution
Ensure proper document collection, verification, and login quality
Track and improve AOP (Approval to Disbursement) ratios
Build and maintain relationships with connectors, agents, and referral partners
Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets
Maintain daily reports on pipeline, approvals, and conversions
Required Qualifications & Skills
24 years of experience in DSA / Loan Sales
Experience handling Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Home Loans
Proven track record of successful loan disbursements
Strong experience in field sales and cold calling
Hands-on experience with live lead handling and CRM tools
Good understanding of loan eligibility, documentation, and lender policies
Strong negotiation and client handling skills
Ability to manage end-to-end sales independently
Existing lender/connector network is an added advantage
Strong focus on conversion and revenue generation
Location Requirement
Chennai-based candidates preferred
Must be comfortable with field sales
Language Requirement
Proficiency in English and Tamil (mandatory)
Performance Expectations
Candidates should have a history of handling monthly disbursement targets
Strong focus on maintaining and improving AOP ratios
Ability to handle high-volume lead databases and conversions
Compensations & Incentives
Fixed Salary: 35,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives linked to disbursement volume and revenue generation
