Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Field Sales Manager. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include meeting potential clients, providing tailored solutions for their construction needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication. The role also involves collaborating with teams to meet sales goals and reporting on progress and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong abilities in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
- Experience with Market Analysis, Strategy Development, and Competitive Research
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site and in a dynamic sales environment
