Job Description

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new property owners for property management services.
  • Conduct field visits, property assessments, and sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Develop and execute local sales strategies to increase market penetration.

2. Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and train field sales executives to improve performance and productivity.
  • Allocate daily/weekly field tasks, track performance, and ensure team meets lead targets.
  • Conduct field audits and accompany team members during client visits when needed.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and brokers.
  • Address client queries, negotiate pricing, and finalize agreements.
  • Ensure smooth handover of properties to operations/tenant management teams.

4. Market Research & Analysis

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing models, and market trends.
  • Identify high-potential areas for property acquisition and revenue expansion.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.

5. Coordination & Process Management

  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, tenancy, and documentation teams.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, agreements, and compliance processes are followed.
  • Support the onboarding process until the property is fully listed and active.

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field.
  • 36 years of field sales experience, preferably in property management, real estate, or hospitality.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a field sales team and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with local property markets.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
