Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Internship role based in Agra. Interns will engage directly with potential clients to understand their property needs, generate leads, and build meaningful relationships. Key responsibilities include conducting property visits, providing excellent customer service, supporting sales operations, and ensuring prospective buyers are informed about properties. Collaboration with other sales team members to meet business goals will also be part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and build trust with clients
  • Proven ability in Sales and Lead Generation to drive property sales and meet performance targets
  • Knowledge of Sales Operations and willingness to support the sales process efficiently
  • Proactive approach with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Any prior experience in sales, real estate, or customer engagement will be advantageous
  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in any field with a passion for real estate and client interaction
