Role Overview - Why This Role Is Important

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents looking for a place to stay. You won't just be selling a room- you'll be helping students find their next home.

Your conversations, follow-ups, and closures directly impact:

  • How quickly students get housed
  • How smoothly they begin their Zolo journey
  • How fast the business grows

This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and working towards clear goals.

What You'll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day Impact)

  • Speak with students and parents via calls, messages, and online leads
  • Understand their needs and recommend the right Zolo properties
  • Clearly explain pricing, offers, policies, and booking steps
  • Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Coordinate with city and operations teams to ensure smooth move-ins
  • Maintain accurate lead and conversion data in CRM systems
  • Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Handle objections calmly and resolve basic customer queries
  • Share feedback from customers to improve processes and offerings.

  • Prior experience in real estate, co-living, edtech, insurance, hospitality, or inside sales is preferred.
  • Candidates with clear communication and client interaction exposure only.
