Field Sales Executive

Hearing Solutions is seeking a driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. If you excel at direct client engagement, have a passion for promoting products through field activities, and are fluent in both English and Hindi, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities

Conduct home visits to engage clients and effectively promote our products and services.
Travel regularly to promote targeted products and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Operate outside the office to pitch potential clients and maximize sales.
Participate actively in camp and promotional activities, focusing on campaign activities using physical materials like banners and pamphlets.
Identify and engage new clients while nurturing relationships with existing ones.
Arrange meetings with clients at their offices or homes to encourage purchases or subscriptions.
Aim to increase client walk-ins to the company's centers through direct engagement.
Perform all necessary fieldwork to achieve sales and engagement targets.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi are required for effective client interaction.
A valid driver's license and a two-wheeler are essential for this field-based role.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
A results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales goals.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
