Role Overview:

As a Key Account Manager FOS, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying potential employers, meeting decision-makers in person, and converting them into paying employers.

You will own your individual sales targets, drive revenue through fresh employer acquisition, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employers. This role requires consistent field visits, strong follow-ups, and disciplined reporting of your sales pipeline and performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify, Visit and onboard small and medium businesses (SMEs).

Generate new business leads through field visits and referrals and local market mapping.

Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners/HR Managers to understand their hiring needs.

Pitch WorkIndia's hiring solutions (Job postings, subscription plans, recruitment support).

Explain product features, Pricing and Value proposition clearly to employers.

Close deals, achieve sales and revenue targets.

Maintain and update daily activity reports, employer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM.

Build long term relationships with employers to drive repeat business and renewals.

Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.

Key Skills:

0-3 years of experience into Field Sales

Should have completed Graduation/Post Graduation

Strong understanding of the Indian B2B market and business landscape.

Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.

Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday - Saturday)
