Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Pune. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, developing sales strategies, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, participating in sales meetings, and preparing sales reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
• Proficiency in preparing sales reports and participating in sales meetings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the instrument or manufacturing industry is a plus
