Job Role: Field Sales Executive

Role Description
At SmartWinnr, we are enabling organizations to improve sales performance through our AI-powered platform for roleplays, coaching, and gamified learning. We partner with large enterprises to drive measurable outcomes and are expanding our on-ground sales presence in India.
We are looking for a highly driven Field Sales Executive with strong experience in field sales. This role requires extensive field activity, ownership of territory, and the ability to drive conversations and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and acquire new clients through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Maintain consistent customer engagement to support conversion and closure
Territory Ownership & Revenue Delivery
- Own a defined sales territory with responsibility for pipeline growth and revenue achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets through structured field sales activities
- Build and maintain a pipeline for sustained business growth
Sales Cycle Management
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Ensure timely follow-ups and progression of opportunities through the funnel
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities in CRM systems
Relationship Management
- Engage with decision-makers to understand business needs and present suitable solutions
- Position SmartWinnr solutions based on client requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and account expansion
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with internal teams for onboarding and execution support
- Ensure smooth transition from sales closure to implementation teams
- Provide regular updates on pipeline and sales progress
Requirements
Education
- MBA in Sales & Marketing from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 College
Professional Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales / B2B sales / client-facing roles
- Background in BFSI, NBFC, or high-growth/unicorn companies preferred
- Proven experience in on-ground client acquisition and sales execution
Skills & Tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage and influence decision-makers
- Basic proficiency in Excel and CRM tools
- Comfortable using digital tools for coordination and follow-ups
