Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Andhra Pradesh, India, for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, and providing tailored advice on real estate investment opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include client communication, managing inquiries, coordinating property visits, and negotiating deals. The role also involves market research to stay updated on trends and recommending the best properties to meet client goals.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Sales, negotiation, and customer service experience to effectively engage with clients and close deals
- Ability to conduct market research and provide informed investment advice
- Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to manage client inquiries and schedules efficiently
- Knowledge of the real estate industry, preferably with experience in property sales or management
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and other relevant CRM software
- Fluency in English and local languages of Andhra Pradesh is highly desirable
