Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in North Delhi. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, conducting sales visits, presenting products, and negotiating deals. Additional responsibilities include tracking sales performance, collaborating with internal teams to address client needs, and providing post-sales support to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and negotiation
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Problem-solving abilities with a focus on addressing client concerns and delivering tailored solutions
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry
• Basic computer and CRM software proficiency
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
