Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Executive, primarily based in Hyderabad with occasional flexibility for remote work. The Field Sales Executive will manage client relationships, identify potential business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, pitching services, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also encompasses market research and maintaining detailed records of sales activities and progress.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Business Development
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in Market Research and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency with CRM software and Sales Analytics tools
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as in a team
- Ability to perform effectively in hybrid working conditions
- Familiarity with logistics, shipping, or courier services sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
