Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Field Sales Executive for a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, India, with partial work-from-home flexibility. Primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, preparing detailed sales reports, and staying updated on market trends and competitors. Additionally, the Field Sales Executive will represent Sage Koncpt at events and meetings, promoting our handcrafted premium product range.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with market research, lead generation, and sales reporting tools
• An understanding of home décor trends, premium product markets, or B2B corporate gifting is an advantage
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Proven experience in field sales or a related role, ideally in home décor or consumer goods industries
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
