Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive - B2B based in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities with potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and reporting on sales performance. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals and meet targets
  • Daily 5-6 Field Visits to client locations.
  • Relationship management and client service skills to build and maintain partnerships
  • Experience in market research and the ability to analyze data for identifying business opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivation and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in leveraging CRM tools and basic MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes and prior experience in the field is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
