Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves meeting potential customers in the field, demonstrating our software, and driving sales by building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and visit potential clients such as garages, workshops, and electronic/appliance repair businesses.
- Pitch and demonstrate RepairMen CRM software to business owners.
- Generate leads, negotiate, and close sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Collect market insights and provide feedback to the team.
- Maintain records of daily sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements- Proven experience in field sales / software sales / service industry sales preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
- Own two-wheeler required for fieldwork.
- Strong motivation to achieve targets and grow in the sales career.
- Basic knowledge of automobile or electronic/appliance repair services is a plus.
