We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves meeting clients, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets through field visits and on-ground activities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, contact, and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and market research.
- Meet existing and potential customers to present products/services and close sales.
- Generate leads, follow up promptly, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct product demos and explain solutions based on customer needs.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports, visit data, and performance updates.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in assigned territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer support) for smooth order processing.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Requirements- Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field activities efficiently.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (if applicable).
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and reporting (preferred).
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
Education- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- HSC/SSC with strong sales experience will also be considered.
