Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Sale Executive for our company Ampleton Power Solutions Pvt Ltd. The
role involves to promote and sell our solar products and solutions to residential, commercial and
industrial clients. Theq candidate will be responsible for visiting customers sites, explain product
benefits, and closing sales to meet company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential customers (Homes, industries) to promote solar EPC products and services.
Generate and follow up on sales lead from marketing campaigns or referrals.
Conduct site surveys and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility checks.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals and product demonstrations.
Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain long term relationships with customers and channel partners.
Provide regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
Ensure proper documentation, payment collection, and order processing.
Represents the company professionally at client meetings, exhibitions and events.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in field sales/ direct sales/solar or renewable energy (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sale goals.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field (preferred electrical, mechanical, or Business)
