Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves meeting clients, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets through field visits and on-ground activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, contact, and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and market research.
  • Meet existing and potential customers to present products/services and close sales.
  • Generate leads, follow up promptly, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct product demos and explain solutions based on customer needs.
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports, visit data, and performance updates.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends in assigned territory.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer support) for smooth order processing.
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle field activities efficiently.
  • Target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (if applicable).
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and reporting (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
  • HSC/SSC with strong sales experience will also be considered.
