Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Ernakulam. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, meeting clients directly, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role involves regular field visits to prospects and customers to understand their needs, provide suitable solutions, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Travelling within and outside the city will be required for client meetings and business development activities. The selected candidate will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence while addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through direct field visits and networking.
Meet prospective clients in person to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
Travel regularly for client visits, meetings, and business development activities.
Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in CRM.
Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to follow up on requests and proposals.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and deliver customer proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
Build long-term relationships with clients and provide excellent post-sales support.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
13 years of field sales, B2B sales, SaaS sales, or hospitality-related sales experience (Freshers with strong sales passion may also apply).
Excellent communication skills (English preferred; Malayalam an advantage).
Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, and customer-centric mindset.
Proficient with CRM tools and basic MS Office suite.
Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated with willingness to travel extensively.
