Purpose of the Role:
Field Sales Executive is responsible to drive sales of our TAM (Time and Attendance Management System) along with Payroll solutions. The role involves meeting potential clients, generating leads, conducting product demos, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience in B2B field sales, preferably in SaaS or HR tech.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with HR Managers, Business Owners, and decision-makers.
Present and demonstrate our solutions tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
Coordinate with the inside sales and technical team for product demos and onboarding.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and HR technology advancements.
Collect market feedback and provide insights to the product team.
