Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Field Sales Executive at NextIN Logistics. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting our logistics solutions. Key responsibilities include meeting clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing tailored shipping and logistics solutions. The role requires regular coordination with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and the achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales strategies, client negotiations, and contract development
  • Experience in relationship management and cultivating long-term partnerships with clients
  • Strong understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain management operations
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the logistics industry
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to forecast market trends
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
