What you'll do
- Map & qualify the addressable market — identify the right customers and opportunities
- Build strong product knowledge to confidently introduce our IT integration solutions
- Travel actively across Mumbai & region to maximise face-to-face customer engagement
- Hit targeted numbers of qualified meetings with customers & technology alliance partners
- Nurture relationships that convert to real, measurable business outcomes
What we're looking for
- 3–4 years of field sales experience in IT, technology, or system integration
- Self-driven with strong communication skills & a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable with frequent travel and a target-oriented work style
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into customer value
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to conduct effective market research and analyze sales trends and customer needs
- Knowledge of systems integration, enterprise IT solutions, and digital transformation is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in professional relationship management and customer engagement
- Proficiency in using CRM, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
