Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Sector-18 Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Visit potential and existing customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights to support product improvement and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and visit updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations as required.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in field sales, B2B/B2C sales, or direct marketing.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Two-wheeler and a valid driving license (mandatory).

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, MS Excel, etc. ).
