Role Overview
We are hiring a Remote Sales Coordinator to manage telecalling activities, coordinate with distributors and retail aquarium shops, and ensure consistent order flow and stock movement. We already have an active and growing network, and this role focuses on strengthening and scaling these relationships through consistent follow-ups and structured execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating with existing distributors, retail shops and existing partners to ensure consistent engagement, order flow and relationship management
- Handling regular telecalling to promote products and drive repeat orders
- Tracking stock levels at distributor and retailer level and identifying replenishment needs
- Following up on pending orders and ensuring timely closures
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems including all interactions, order updates and follow-up actions
- Generating basic reports on call activity, sales follow-ups and order status
- Coordinating with internal teams including logistics and sales for smooth execution
- Supporting ongoing sales campaigns and new product launches
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, sales coordination or inside sales
- Experience using CRM tools or willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills in English and at least one regional language such as Tamil, Malayalam or Hindi
- Prior experience in FMCG, aquaculture, pet industry or distributor networks is an advantage
- Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
