Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Field Prospecting

  • Identify and visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers.
  • Explore industrial areas, markets, trade clusters, and exhibitions.
  • Generate qualified leads for ecommerce onboarding.
  • Build a pipeline of potential sellers for online marketplaces.

2. Client Consultation & Revenue Planning

  • Understand client's product category, margins, inventory capacity, and distribution strength.
  • Identify suitable marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for launching their product.
  • Present revenue projection and growth strategy.
  • Help client define monthly and quarterly ecommerce revenue targets.

3. Sales & Conversion

  • Present company services
  • Explain onboarding process, pricing models, and expected ROI.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Ensure smooth handover to onboarding team after conversion.

4. Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with converted clients.
  • Act as primary point of contact until full onboarding.
  • Ensure client confidence in ecommerce transition.
  • Generate referrals from existing clients.

5. Market Intelligence

  • Identify high-potential product categories in local markets.
  • Gather competitor insights.
  • Share market feedback with management.

Target & Performance Metrics:

  • Monthly new client acquisition targets.
  • Revenue-based onboarding targets.
  • Field visits per week.
  • Conversion ratio from meeting to closure.
  • Client revenue growth contribution.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in field sales and client meetings.
  • Basic understanding of ecommerce marketplaces (preferred).
  • Ability to analyze product margins and growth potential.
  • Target-driven mindset.
  • Relationship-building capability.

Qualification:

  • Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 13 years experience in field sales / B2B sales preferred.
  • Freshers with strong sales confidence may apply.

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives.
