At Atelier Insurance Broking Pvt. LTD., we are a dynamic insurance broking firm dedicated to providing top-notch motor and non-motor insurance solutions. We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Executive to lead and expand our business in the general insurance sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive insurance sales
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients
• Manage and strengthen client relationships to ensure customer retention
• Actively recruit and onboard POSP's ensuring continuous training and skill development
• Advice clients on the best insurance policies, conduct joint calls, and ensure timely delivery of policies

Key skills and requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience
• Strong understanding of General, motor and non-motor insurance
• Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in target-driven and fast-paced environment
