About Nirmaan Glass & Plywoods
Nirmaan Glass & Plywoods is an architectural glass processing and fabrication business on Hosur Main Road, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru. The firm was established in 2001, and our family has been in the glass and plywood trade in Bangalore since the mid-1960s. We process and supply toughened glass, laminated glass, mirrors, shower partitions and Lumirror, our own range of LED back-lit mirrors, to architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, glaziers and retail counters across Bengaluru.
The role
This is a field job, not a desk job. You will spend most of the day with customers across your assigned area of Bengaluru, and the rest at our Bommanahalli office.
What you will do
• Visit architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, glaziers and dealer counters to build and hold a set of accounts
• Generate your own leads and follow up on enquiries that reach us
• Take sizes and requirements accurately, get quotations prepared, and follow them through to order
• Present the full range, including Lumirror LED mirrors and shower partitions
• Coordinate with the factory on dispatch, site fitment and after-sales issues
• Follow up on payments and keep customers informed on delivery
• Record every visit, lead and order in our system
What we are looking for
• 2 to 5 years of field sales experience; glass, plywood, hardware, sanitaryware, tiles, paints or a related building-materials trade preferred
• Living in Bengaluru and able to travel across the city every day
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (mandatory)
• Fluent Kannada; workable English or Hindi
• 12th pass minimum; a diploma or degree is welcome but not required
• Comfortable with a smartphone, WhatsApp and basic spreadsheets
Salary and benefits
₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month fixed, depending on experience, plus sales incentive (about ₹5,000 a month on average). Fuel and phone reimbursed as per company policy.
Location and hours
Nirmaan Glass & Plywoods, Hosur Main Road, Mangammanapalya Cross, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru 560068. Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
