We're looking for energetic and ambitious Field Sales Executives to join our team.

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1 -3 years in Field Sales / B2B Sales
Salary: Competitive + Performance Incentives

What You'll Be Doing:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Meet potential customers and understand their requirements
• Build strong and long-term customer relationships
• Conduct regular field visits and generate leads
• Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain regular updates on customer interactions and sales activities

What We're Looking For:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and comfortable with field visits
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to build relationships with customers
Prior B2B/field sales experience is preferred

Languages
Must know: Kannada, English & Hindi
Optional: Tamil & Telugu
