Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Field Sales Executive covering the Gandhidham, Ahmedabad, and Ankleshwar regions. The Field Sales Executive will focus on identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and presenting product solutions to meet client needs. Key responsibilities include market research, client outreach, participating in sales meetings, and achieving sales targets. The individual will be required to collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Regular travel within the assigned regions is expected for effective client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, client management, and developing business opportunities in relevant markets.
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Sound understanding of scientific and technical products, particularly related to wastewater treatment technologies and solutions.
  • Ability to perform market research and analysis to identify potential customers and growth opportunities.
  • Proactive approach with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage field sales activities independently.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions to meet clients and support sales objectives.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools for data management and sales reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field; additional certifications in sales or technical fields are a plus.
