Role Overview
We're looking for a highly driven Field Sales Executive to lead on-ground sales. This is a target-driven, high-impact role focused on direct client acquisition, relationship building, and driving adoption of our white-label and custom branded packaging. Strong growth potential for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
Business Development
- Onboard Hotels, Cafes, Restaurants, Caterers, Banquets, Event Companies and other vendors
- Drive adoption of white-labeled water cartons and custom branded packaging
Client Acquisition & Sales Conversion
- Pitch key value propositions — sustainable alternative to plastic, premium brand positioning, and regulatory alignment with plastic ban policies
- Close monthly supply contracts and event-based bulk orders
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and upselling
- Engage directly with procurement teams and key decision-makers
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activity across PET bottle alternatives
- Identify high-potential zones — luxury hospitality clusters, tourist hubs, and wedding & event markets
Reporting & Pipeline Management
- Maintain daily activity reports covering meetings, leads, and closures
- Manage sales pipeline via CRM or structured tracking tools
