About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join us for critical projects. You will be working with big techs to help them build cutting-edge AI foundational models meant to perform exceptionally well on engineering and infrastructure tasks

.In this role, you will be part of a highly skilled team with niche domain expertise, being at the forefront to improve the accuracy & performance of SOTA models.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and onboard new business opportunities and enterprise clients.
• Support AI training partnerships with industry leaders and data vendors.
• Draft proposals, negotiate terms, and track pipeline progress using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market demands.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales or business development roles (B2B preferred).
• Strong communication and deal-closure skills.
• Familiarity with AI, tech services, or SaaS business models is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
