We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in their assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase products and services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-10 years of experience in field sales or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
