Role Description

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our team in Surat. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting market research, building strong client relationships, delivering sales presentations, and closing deals. Additional responsibilities include providing support to clients, gathering feedback to improve services, achieving set sales targets, and reporting sales activity to management.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience with strong skills in lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis
  • Proficiency with sales reporting and analytics tools
  • Capable of working independently in an on-site role and achieving targets under deadlines
  • Previous experience in SaaS, B2B platforms, or retail/digital sales is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
