Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with 45 years of experience in the banking sector. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and achieving sales targets through field activities in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers for banking products such as loans, credit cards, savings accounts, and other financial services.

Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations to generate leads and close sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of customers.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Stay updated with banking products, policies, and market trends.
