Job Description
FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE – Eltron Energy Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Bengaluru (field work, reporting to HRBR Layout office)
About us
Eltron Energy is a rooftop solar company installing systems for homes, apartments and businesses across Karnataka.
What you will do
- Visit homeowners and apartment associations who have enquired about rooftop solar (leads provided)
- Inspect the site, explain the system, savings and PM Surya Ghar subsidy
- Share quotations, follow up and close the sale
- Collect documents and coordinate with the installation team
- Update every visit and deal in the CRM
What we need
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence
- Good spoken Kannada and Hindi; basic English
- Any graduate; 1 year of field sales experience in any product preferred, freshers with strong communication welcome
- Comfortable with daily travel across Bengaluru and monthly targets
Salary
18,000 – 22,000 per month fixed + incentives
