The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the certification and training sector. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive sales growth for our certification and training programs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in various industries for certification and training programs.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of training programs to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market trends.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in field sales or business development, preferably in the education or training sector.
• Strong understanding of certification and training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at all levels.
