Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting field visits, reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and actively promoting and selling the company's software products and solutions. The role involves meeting clients in person, understanding their business requirements, delivering product demonstrations and sales presentations, negotiating deals, and closing sales.

The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role also includes follow-ups, post-sales coordination, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have proven experience in field sales. The candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable traveling locally for client meetings and business development activities. Basic understanding of technology, software products, and current sales and marketing best practices will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct field visits, meet clients, and convert leads into customers
  • Experience in handling the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Strong client relationship management and follow-up skills
  • Ability to create and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Basic understanding of technology, software solutions, and digital products
  • Awareness of modern sales and marketing practices and customer engagement strategies
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Flexibility to travel locally and adapt to varying client requirements
  • Prior experience in the software or technology industry will be an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
