Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting field visits, reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and actively promoting and selling the company's software products and solutions. The role involves meeting clients in person, understanding their business requirements, delivering product demonstrations and sales presentations, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role also includes follow-ups, post-sales coordination, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have proven experience in field sales. The candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable traveling locally for client meetings and business development activities. Basic understanding of technology, software products, and current sales and marketing best practices will be an added advantage.
