Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive/Engineer located in Pune. The Field Sales Executive/Engineer will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients/Consultants building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding clients needs, and providing tailored solutions. The role includes meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and lead generation. The Field Sales Executive/Engineer will also be responsible for staying updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Sales, Communication, and Negotiation skills
• Experience in market research and client relationship management
• Proficiency in preparing sales reports
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
• Experience in the Lighting industry is a plus
