Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits.
• Meet prospective customers and present the company's products/services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and activity updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
