Job Description

The Project Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling construction chemical products across new and existing construction sites. The role includes B2B sales via dealers, managing direct customers, contractors, and applicators, and ensuring consistent demand generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project & Site Sales - Visit new and ongoing construction sites regularly to identify opportunities. - Promote SIKA, HILTI & BOSS products such as mortars, grouts, sealants, Tile adhesives, waterproofing systems, anchoring solutions, etc. - Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, architects, and consultants for approvals and product recommendation. - Conduct product demonstrations and trials at sites.

2. Dealer & B2B Sales Development - Generate sales through the existing dealer network. - Identify and appoint new dealers in potential areas. - Ensure proper stock movement and product visibility at dealer outlets. - Support dealers with technical knowledge and sales tools.

3. Sales from Direct Customers / Contractors / Applicators - Maintain regular communication with existing customers and expand the business share. - Develop relationships with contractors, applicators, and fabricators to generate repeated sales. - Ensure proper pricing, support, and timely resolution of queries

4. Lead Management & Conversions - Follow up on leads received from company sources, references, and market activities. - Track progress of each lead from enquiry to order closure. - Maintain accurate records of visits, quotations, and sales performance.

5. Technical & Commercial Coordination - Provide basic technical guidance and ensure the right product is recommended for the right application. - Coordinate with internal sales coordinators for quotations, follow-ups, and order processing. - Liaise with OEM/company representatives (SIKA, HILTI and BOSS) for approvals, site trials, and joint calls when needed.

6. Market Research & Reporting - Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. - Give daily/weekly reports on site visits, sales achievements, and forecasts. - Identify new market segments and opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in Civil Engineering, or any field with sales experience in construction industry.

- 0-1 years of project sales experience preferred (construction chemicals, waterproofing, anchoring, tools, or allied products).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to conduct site demonstrations and technical discussions.

- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with field sales.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Monthly sales targets achievement.

- Number of site visits and dealer visits.

- New project acquisitions and lead conversions.

- Growth from existing customers.

- Market coverage and brand visibility.
