Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive at Anusha AI. You will be responsible for driving sales growth of Anusha AI's healthcare solutions across Pune and Mumbai regions. The Field Sales Executive will focus on building relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organizations; demonstrating product value; closing deals; and driving adoption of our innovative AI-powered health companion platform. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with strong communication skills and a passion for healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and convert potential healthcare partners and customers in assigned territories (Pune & Mumbai)

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare facilities and practitioners

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector

Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Gather market feedback and competitive intelligence to support product development

Collaborate with the marketing team on localized campaigns and promotional activities

Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and reports

Represent Anusha AI at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales cycle

QualificationsQualifications

2-4 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in healthcare or SaaS sectors

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals

Excellent presentation and product demonstration abilities

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of healthcare industry, healthcare providers, and distribution channels is a plus

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software

Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA or sales certification preferred

Willingness to travel within assigned territories (Pune & Mumbai)

Passion for healthcare technology and AI-driven solutions

Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Experience in the Indian healthcare market is highly desirable
