As we expand across Pune, we are hiring:

Full-Time Field Sales Executives (02 years experience)

Sales Trainees 6-Month Structured Program (Final semester students eligible)

Your Role

This is a field-based, high-exposure opportunity where you will:

Visit industrial zones & residential clusters across Pune

Meet Plant Managers, EHS Officers & Society Representatives

Identify water treatment & compliance challenges

Generate qualified leads

Schedule strategic meetings for senior management

You will gain real-world exposure to industrial B2B sales while understanding how environmental solutions are implemented on ground.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree (or final semester) in Engineering / BBA / MBA / Environmental Science or related fields

02 years experience OR available for a 6-month structured trainee program

Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)

Marathi speaking ability preferred (not mandatory)

Strong communication & confidence in client interaction

Two-wheeler mandatory (field travel across Chakan, Bhosari, Hinjewadi, etc.)

Quick learner with a strong professional attitude

Practical understanding of industrial water treatment systems

Exposure to environmental compliance frameworks

On-ground experience with plant operations and decision-makers

High-performing Sales Trainees may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) into a full-time Field Sales Executive role.
