Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite Field Sales Engineer role located in Vadodara. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, delivering technical presentations, and recommending customized solutions. The role also involves providing after-sales support, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the engineering and support teams to address customer challenges effectively.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and technical solution selling
  • Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management
  • Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Prior experience in industrial or technical sales is a plus
