Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Field Sales Engineer. The primary responsibilities include managing the sales cycle by identifying client needs, presenting technical solutions, and building strong business relationships. The role involves providing technical support, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring seamless coordination between the engineering and sales teams. Additionally, the Field Sales Engineer will handle account management and help in driving sales growth effectively. Travel to client locations and industrial sites may be required.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Engineering and understanding of technical sales processes
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth
- Strong Account Management skills, including relationship building and customer engagement
- Technical expertise in Electrical Engineering or a related technological discipline
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
- Prior experience in industrial or automation sales is advantageous
