Field Recruiter

Key Deliverables:

1. Hire delivery executives for Swiggy Instamart through active field recruitment.
2. Conduct field visits to generate leads and build a candidate database.
3. Meet daily and weekly hiring targets across assigned zones.
4. Maintain candidate tracking sheets and report progress regularly.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and onboard delivery personnel through on-ground efforts.
2. Engage with local communities, job seekers, and institutions for lead generation.
3. Coordinate documentation and background verification processes.
4. Ensure smooth joining and orientation of selected candidates.
