Role
The Executive – Recruitment and Mobilization is responsible for the end-to-end candidate lifecycle management. The primary goal is to ensure that candidates are effectively sourced, screened, and onboarded to meet monthly targets. This role directly impacts the placement success and joining ratios for our various client mandates.
Reporting
The incumbent shall report to the State Head at ExcelR.
LOCATION & TRAVEL:
Frequent travel will be required for the role (Field Recruitment)
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, MSW or related field (NAPS/NATS/NGOs), Bulk Hiring (Grey/Blue), Mfg. BFSI, NBFC, Logistics, Retail.
- Mahatma Gandhi National Fellows or similar
- Min 2 years of relevant work experience
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Mobilization & Candidate Sourcing
They Shall Be Held Accountable For
- Active Sourcing: Make daily outbound calls to source and engage potential candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Role Clarification: Clearly explain job roles, salary structures (including stipends, bonuses, and overtime), work locations, and shift timings to candidates to ensure alignment.
- Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to shortlist candidates who meet specific client requirements.
Outreach & Field Engagement
- Institutional Mapping: Identify and build relationships with target institutions, such as ITIs, polytechnics, and colleges, to create a steady pipeline of eligible candidates.
- Job Fairs & Events: Assist in the coordination of job fairs, workshops, and seminars at the district level to increase mobilization reach.
- Outreach Execution: Implement outreach plans to maximize visibility and achieve specific institutional mobilization goals.
Interview, Onboarding Coordination & MIS
- Interview Pipeline: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation (Aadhar, PAN, Educational Certificates) is collected and verified before joining.
- Joining Support: Facilitate the offer acceptance process and support candidates through the final onboarding and joining phase.
Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily MIS (Management Information System) and placement trackers.
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor mobilization metrics and align activities with overall recruitment goals to ensure monthly onboarding targets are met.
