Field Recruiter

Key Deliverables:

1. Source and recruit delivery executives for Swiggy Instamart through active field visits.
2. Onboard selected candidates and ensure proper documentation and induction.
3. Meet monthly recruitment targets and maintain candidate database.
4. Coordinate closely with HR to ensure smooth hiring process and reporting.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Conduct field visits to generate leads and recruit delivery executives for Swiggy.
2. Engage with local job seekers and communities for recruitment drives.
3. Manage candidate documentation, verification, and onboarding processes.
4. Maintain regular updates and reports on recruitment activities.
