Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Supplier Management:
    • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new Partners/Stores for used mobile phones, ensuring they meet quality, price, and delivery standards.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Partners/Stores to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of used mobiles.
    • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.
    • Monitor store-wise performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
  • Purchase Order Management:
    • Manage creating, and tracking purchase orders (POs) for used mobile phones and related accessories.
    • Track orders from Partners/ Stores, coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless movement of goods.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
    • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure the procurement of the right products at the right time to meet customer needs.
    • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to suppliers and vendors.
  • Market Research & Trends:
    • Continuously monitor market trends and pricing in the used mobile industry to ensure the procurement of high-demand models and competitive pricing.
    • Research emerging mobile technologies and brands to assess new opportunities for procurement and growth in the market.
