Location: Bangalore, In-office (with travel to US and EU events)

Experience: 5-8 years

About the Role

Tessell attends 3-4 major conferences in the US and one flagship event in Europe annually - and this role owns all of it, end to end. Beyond events, you'll run co-marketing programs with key partners including GCP, AHEAD, and CGI, and ensure that every field touchpoint converts to pipeline. This is a high-visibility, high-accountability role for someone who thrives in organized chaos and knows how to turn a booth into a business conversation.

This role reports to the Head of Marketing, who's based in Bangalore, India.

What You'll Own

  • Full lifecycle ownership of all US and EU field events - strategy, logistics, pre-event campaigns, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up
  • Partner co-marketing programs with GCP, AHEAD, CGI, and other strategic partners
  • MDF planning, utilization, and ROI tracking
  • BDR alignment - coordinating pre-event outreach sequences and post-event follow-up cadences
  • Event contractor management for logistics and on-site ops
  • Regional program management for EU (DACH, BENELUX) including bilingual campaign coordination where needed
  • Joint webinars and virtual events with partners

What We're Looking For

  • 5-8 years in event/ field marketing, partner marketing, or a combined role in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure
  • Proven track record running large-format events (booth strategy, meeting programs, staffing)
  • Experience managing partner relationships and co-marketing budgets (MDF)
  • Strong project management - can run 4 events simultaneously without dropping a thread
  • Comfortable working across time zones and with international partners and vendors
  • Experience aligning with BDR team on pre/post event outreach
  • Willingness to travel internationally (US conferences, EU events - estimated 4 trips/year)
  • Bonus: existing relationships with Microsoft or other hyperscaler partner ecosystems

KPIs You'll Be Measured On

  • Meetings booked at events vs. target (pre-scheduled and floor)
  • Pipeline sourced from events and partner campaigns
  • Partner co-marketing activities executed per quarter
  • MDF utilization rate and ROI
  • Post-event lead follow-up rate and conversion to opportunity
  • Event budget vs. actuals
