About the Role
You will be a Taggd-deployed recruiter, embedded full-time at Analytics client's office. Working directly with Client's TA Head and hiring managers, you own 15–20 active mandates across Data Engineering, ML Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Data Architecture — supported by TARA, Taggd's AI recruiting platform, for pipeline signals, scheduling, and reporting.
What You Will Do
- Intake JDs, confirm CTC bands and CTQ parameters with Quantiphi hiring managers — log into TARA
- Source via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Pro, referrals, and TARA's talent pool; run phone screens before submission
- Coordinate interviews end-to-end; target <5-day turnaround from submission to first round
- Drive offer negotiation and rollout; manage candidate warm-keep through the notice period
- Publish daily pipeline updates and weekly MIS from TARA's dashboard to Quantiphi TA leadership
What We Are Looking For
- 3–5 years of end-to-end tech recruiting in a product, IT services, or RPO environment
- Prior experience closing DE / MLE / Cloud roles; able to screen on Spark, Databricks, MLflow, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP without engineering hand-holding
- Onsite or embedded client experience preferred — comfortable working inside the client's office and culture
- Strong negotiation instinct, structured communicator, and comfortable presenting pipeline health in weekly steering calls
